Vt Tap house is the best place for a bite and a brew. Great selection of craft beers, and excellent service from Peter and Alex at the bar. Jay (gm) always stops by to chat and check in. Highly recommended.
The incredible rudeness from the manager has me never returning -- I cannot support a company that would treat customers that way. The food is certainly not good enough to make up for it.
After 2 issues with the same hostess in 6 days I decided I should share the experiences with the manager to address. Unfortunately, the manager was exceptionally rude. He would not acknowledge the issues (being crossed off the waiting list and not being seated), didn't take time to demonstrate an understanding of what occurred, provided no solution, and went so far as to blame me for the errors. What should have been an easy conversation around a training opportunity, ended up being an aggressive stance from him that the issues were mine (even though he put no energy into understanding what actually occurred).
We have been coming here more or less since they opened. This is one of the better pizza places in town. Pizzas are always very good. They are so good, in fact, that we rarely try other dishes off the menu. Also a great place to bring the kids, as the atmosphere very casual so it is okay if they are a bit noisy.

Let me first say the pizza is pretty good. You can find better places in Burlington, but this is still up there. The real issue is the service. We placed our order on a Saturday night, and our wait ended up being 45 minutes, much longer than first anticipated. When we got there, the girl at the counter apologized, saying she lost our order, and that they were putting it in right away. We were more than ready to leave by the time they were done, so we didn't open our food until we got home, and when we did, we found they forgot to give us any dressing for our wings. Then, 20 minutes later, they call us asking why we haven't picked up our food. We told them we did already, but mentioned they forgot to give us sauce . No apology or anything, they just said "Okay" and hung up. B+ food, D service.
