BAD EXPERIENCE!! Their customer service is terrible. It's a Dental Mill!
After arriving 15 minutes early, I waited an additional hour before being called for xrays. When I walked in, it was great to see the staff in fun Halloween costumes! I thought for sure this would be a great experience. After taking their photo, I waited for someone to call me up to the counter or question my "new patient" marking on the sign-in sheet. They saw I was sitting there, saw I was new, but didn't ask for my paperwork. I figured it was fine. After seeing someone who showed up AFTER me walk out of her appointment, clearly this place was a concern. Front desk associates are very new, so I'll give them that. I had NO idea I would be waiting for OVER AN HOUR to get xrays and to then have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. I have never heard of such a thing. I scheduled a CLEANING online. I will not be back. Hopefully you enjoyed your Halloween photo. Thanks for wasting my afternoon and getting my nerves up for nothing.
Doctors are amazing, and staff is very friendly and makes you feel 100% comfortable!

Terrible, if you have insurance they screw you. I thought I was going in for a regular cleaning and they charged me for Perio Maintenence. I told them that I go to a Perio Dentist before she cleaned my teeth. But she charged me for it anyway. Told me I could have my Perio work done there IF I WANTED, NEVER SAID I DID WANT TO. They are claiming I did.
Very poorly run service. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!
This appt. went MUCH better than the last time I went to Aspen, about 13 mos. ago!!! I was fearfull, actually, due to the staff!! It seemed much more friendly(the personnel?!) I have nit been since that time due to staff only that were there at the time....... It was VERY apparent by their faces, demeaner, and the way they conducted themselves that they were there for their $$$$!! (Not welcoming)... If I had not had this emergency, not sure but I might have looked for a new Dr, but now after this appt., I am much happier with the reception I received from staff!! I was very nervous to come to Aspen, but learned being there, all the previous staff were no longer there!! PHEW!! My anxiety dropped immensely..........
