Super helpful staff whether you are going in for a small item or a new instrument. I only wish I had time in my schedule for lessons! It would be wonderful if they offered violin lessons (hint hint). This place is great with a wide selection (and they're willing to find things for you too!).
I bought a guitar case. The brick and mortar store wasnt busy, yet the clerk was acting as if the store was doing great business. He had an apathetic celebrity attitude and was quite annoyed when i requested to see the product that was advertised online. I dont get the vermont region's concept of business and apathy...The stores have no customers, yet the businesses act like their making millions, despite the advertised sales...well, i spent $25.00.
Staff is always Helpful. they have expensive Guitars & gear to cheaper ones. $200 Guitars to $1,000. amps available to try Guitars OR any amp. also in a Great clean location.
I got feedback from the staff for a dissatisfied purchase that i made last year. I bought a guitar case at this store because it was listed online for a good advetised price. The store was not busy when i arrived and i paid $25.00 for a guitar case. The customer service and the general demeanor of the store could have been better, especially due to the fact that the store was not busy. I dont have high standards, but i dont like when staff act as if shopping at their store is some type of privilege. I waa clean and shopped in more affluent areas, so what is the problem
Ben, Julian, and Nick are superb salesmen! They make this the best GC in the nation in my opinion.
