received a call for a delivery and was not given any options, but told when delivery would be made. 20 minutes into my delivery window, received a call asking for directions. when i asked how long it would be before they got here, was told "now". 50 minutes later, when the delivery still had not arrived, i called the company and was told they misunderstood my directions, so my delivery would now come 1 hour outside my original window. the "delivery manager" said i had spoken to him earlier and that he did not tell me "now", and he had now sent the driver right by my house!!! (this is the guy that coordinates deliveries? - needless to say this company should be looking to hire new help.) if you're only job is to make deliveries in a certain area, don't you think you should know that area, or at least invest in a GPS and fake it? he also claimed that our call got disconnected and he was going to get back to me - hello, you just called me, so i believe you have the ability to dial my # again. RIDICULOUS
After leaving a message that the item was ready to schedule for delivery, they immediately began calling random people they found on Google that might know me and giving them the details of the shipment.
