No bad deals. Stuff is usually in good shape. Parking can be a bit problematic when vehicles dropping off donations line up though. Line of cars out to the road last time I went. Going in from Natural Provisions side is better when it's packed.
Terrible customer service. Bought speakers for 30 bucks, I asked when buying them if they were tested. The girl said no but to keep the goodwill price tags on them and I have 14 days to return them. Turns out they make a rattling noise so 3 days later I went to return them. The lady told me I need a receipt otherwise all she can give me is 1 dollar towards my next purchase. I said I was told to just keep the goodwill price tags on, to which she said "Oh, that must have been Destiny who said that." Clearly they've had this problem with their employee Destiny before. Also, throwing another employee under the bus doesn't help satisfy your customer. Just ridiculous.
like to buy records, paintings, and home decor here. Everything is REALLY cheap in price and I love it.
It is hit or miss as to what you may find at the time but they continually are getting new things in.
I try and shop this Goodwill, as well as the store in South Burlington once or twice a month. They have good deals on DVD’s, books, clothing, and kitchen items/household goods. Like a set of plates and glass tumblers for $1 each. Can’t go wrong here, but stuff moves in and out quickly, so be sure to grab it if you think you might want it. Definitely worth checking out.
