I love this company! The guys that run it couldn't be nicer, or offer better customer service (and great stuff). Last Christmas I ordered a sweatshirt for my niece, which unfortunately turned out to be out-of-stock. The owner of the company personally drove my new item to the PO, sending it overnight to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery. This year I purchased more gifts at the Boston Ski and Snowboard show. Later, I realized there was an small defect in one of the items. I contacted STE, and the guys went above and beyond again. I love supporting small local companies, and these guys make it easy. The gifts I have purchased have been big hits too. If you are looking to buy the skier or boarder in your life some fun gear - make Ski The East your first choice.

Awesome products, customer service, and overall attitude. If you're an east coast skier, or even old school west coaster, Ski the East is a must shop experience. You'll love everything you find, and they'll treat you like you're a VIP customer.
Love their products but customer service is nonexistent. I've been trying to resolve an issue and have left messages and emails and have received no response. Very frustrating.
