I was treated badly by the young woman who was working the take in counter. Very Arrogant! Even though their website says they take in every season all the time she said my brand new Merrils from Lenny's just wouldn't work at this store.That is all most Vermonters wear from fall until spring. I don't think she is going to be finding very many coach boots coming in handbags maybe. The appearance she gives off is not a good one for her or most importantly the store which in itself looks to be very nice. Unfortunately I would not spend my hard earned money in a place that was so uninviting.
